Sports performance
In sports we simply begin by training athletes. But since we are all imperfect, even the greatest athletes have structural abnormalities (like a longer leg or flattened foot) that decrease performance and increase the risks of injuries.
A right handed baseball player with a long left leg will have a difficult time turning to their left and following through on their swing because they are basically trying to do so “up hill.” The tennis player with a more flattened left foot will find it harder to go to their right because that flat foot is a poor lever to push off of.
As the great Sam Snead said, “all good golf begins at the waist but all great golf begins at the foot.” But yet our concept of playing golf properly is to buy clubs, have them fitted and take lessons. Doesn’t it make more sense to find and fix the inherent structural problems we all have first?
Dr. Pack has developed a unique way to find these structural problems and correct them, optimizing performance and decreasing injury. He has worked with 8 world record holders in different sports, Olympic gold medalists and professional athletes in all sports.
Finding structural abnormalities and optimizing them (not just eliminating them) is “The Missing Link” in human sports performance! No one can ever reach their optimal potential without correcting those abnormalities.

“Simply decreasing the time the foot is on the ground by only five one thousandths of a second each stride can reduce a 4.8 forty to 4.6 or less!” This can make the difference in making the team
Whether you are an older individual hoping to find the famed “Fountain of Youth” or a great young athlete hoping to win the gold, Dr. Pack can help you.
